Hospitality

Set within the beautiful surroundings of Bramham Park, we are delighted to offer unique Hospitality facilities during the Event suitable for entertaining clients, family or friends.

The Full Day Package is available for parties of 20 or more and will be served in your own private chalet, with a private ring-side garden.  For smaller parties, we offer an attractive Lunch Package which will be served in  the Hospitality area of the  Members’ Bistro.

Please note that Hospitality Packages are only available when booked in advance and will not be available on the day.

Private chalets can also be hired for alternative uses including meetings, product launches, staff training etc.  Please contact the Horse Trials office if you would like to discuss this aspect further.

Pre-booked Hospitality Packages

Full Day Option - FOR A MINIMUM OF 20 PEOPLE

This package includes the following:
•Personal badges tickets to the Event including access into the Member's Marquees;
•Use of the ring-side garden;
•Free car parking;
•Morning tea, coffee and Danish pastries;
•Pre-lunch glass of bubbly with assorted canapes;
•Three course buffet style lunch, followed by coffee;
•Afternoon Tea - a choice of freshly brewed teas served with a selection of afternoon tea pastries;
•Wines can be pre-ordered;
•Table bar service available throughout the day;
•Dedicated toilet facilities;
•Floral décor;
•Complimentary Official Event Programme (one per two adults).

Prices Per Head

Thursday       £90 plus VAT

Friday           £90 plus VAT

Saturday       £105 plus VAT

Sunday         £105 plus VAT

Lunch Option - FOR ANY SIZE PARTY

This package includes the following:
•Personal admission tickets to the Event including access into the Member's Marquees;
•Use of the ring-side garden;
•Free car parking;
•Three course buffet style lunch;
•Wines can be pre-ordered;
•Table bar service available throughout your meal;
•Dedicated toilet facilities;
•Floral décor;
•Complimentary Official Event Programme (one per two adults).

Prices Per Head

Thursday       £60 plus VAT 

Friday           £60 plus VAT

Saturday       £75 plus VAT

Sunday         £75 plus VAT

Afternoon Tea is only available to book on the day, and is strictly subject to availability.  Please enquire within the Member's Bar for further information.

All prices stated are per person and are plus VAT at the current rate.

Please note that whilst we welcome dogs into the Members' Garden area with their handler, to comply with food safety regulations, and for the comfort of our other Members, they are not permitted inside any of the Members' Marquees.

Package details, prices and dates are subject to change and availability.

All pre-booked packages must be paid for at time of booking, and must be received by 26th May 2012.  Payment is by cheque or bank transfer.  All payments must clear before booking is confirmed.
