Set within the beautiful surroundings of Bramham Park, we are delighted to offer unique Hospitality facilities during the Event suitable for entertaining clients, family or friends.

Our Hospitality options for 2010 include both full day and lunch only packages, and will be in a private Hospitality section of our new Member's Bistro.  In here, packages can be booked for any number of guests, but parties of 20 or more will be able to enjoy a private chalet.  Please book early to avoid disappointment as numbers are strictly limited. 

Please note that Hospitality Packages are only available when booked in advance and will not be available on the day.

Private chalets can also be hired for alternative uses including meetings, product launches, staff training etc.  Please contact the Horse Trials office if you would like to discuss this aspect further.

 

Pre-booked Hospitality Packages

 

Full Day Option

This package includes the following:

  • Personal admission tickets to the Event including access into the Member's Marquees;
  • Use of the ring-side garden;
  • Free car parking;
  • Morning tea, coffee and Danish pastries;
  • Pre-lunch Champagne reception to include smoked salmon blinis;
  • Three course lunch, followed by coffee;
  • Afternoon Tea - mini scones with jam and cream, fresh strawberries and cream, chocolate brownies with freshly brewed tea;
  • Dedicated toilet facilities;
  • Floral décor;
  • Complimentary Official Event Programme (one per two adults).

There is the option of having a private bar within your chalet.  This must be pre-booked.

Prices Per Head

Thursday       £75 plus VAT

Friday           £75 plus VAT

Saturday       £90 plus VAT

Sunday         £90 plus VAT

 

Lunch Option

This package includes the following:

  • Floral décor;
  • Complimentary Official Event Programme (one per two adults).

Thursday       £50 plus VAT 

Friday           £50 plus VAT

Saturday       £65 plus VAT

Sunday         £65 plus VAT

Afternoon Tea is only available to book on the day, and is strictly subject to availability.  Please enquire within the Member's Bar for further information.

All prices stated are per person.

Please note that whilst we welcome dogs into the Members' Garden area with their handler, to comply with food safety regulations, they are not permitted inside any of the Members' Marquees.

Package details, prices and dates are subject to change and availability.

All pre-booked packages must be paid for at time of booking, and must be received by 21st May 2010.  Payment is by cheque or bank transfer.  All payments must clear before booking is confirmed.

For those who wish to dine more informally, Members' badge holders have access to both the Member's Bar and Member's Bistro where good value, excellent quality meals will be available throughout the Event.
